Social-first creative studio

We make work people stop scrolling for — and then we prove it sold something.

Crestwick Digital is a creative studio built for the feed. Strategy, production, creators and paid distribution under one roof, moving fast enough to matter and measured hard enough to defend.

What we do

Six things. All of them in-house.

No handing your brief to a production partner who has never read your strategy. Everything is made by the people who wrote the plan, in the same building, on the same deadline.

01

Social Media Management

Full ownership of your organic channels: strategy, calendar, copy, publishing and reporting. We are opinionated about posting less and making each one count.

  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • LinkedIn
  • YouTube
  • Pinterest
02

Content Production

A working studio, not a rented set. Photography, short-form video, motion and design produced on a weekly cadence so the feed never runs dry.

  • Short-form video
  • Photography
  • Motion & animation
  • Design
03

Creator Partnerships

Creator sourcing, negotiation, briefing, rights and payment handled properly. We pick people whose audience overlaps yours, not whoever has the biggest number.

  • Sourcing & vetting
  • Contracts & usage rights
  • Briefing & direction
  • ASA compliance
04

Paid Social Advertising

Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn run as a creative testing engine. Same team makes the ads and buys the media, so the feedback loop takes hours not weeks.

  • Full-funnel structure
  • Creative testing
  • Incrementality tests
  • Catalogue & DPA
05

Brand & Design Systems

Identity, art direction and a design system built for the formats you actually publish in — not a 90-page brand book that ignores vertical video.

  • Identity & art direction
  • Social design systems
  • Packaging & POS
  • Templates
06

Community Management

Real humans replying in your voice, inside working hours you set, with an escalation route for anything that could become a problem. Coverage available seven days.

  • Comment & DM response
  • Escalation protocol
  • Crisis playbook
  • UGC harvesting
How we work

Four stages, then it just keeps going.

Social does not have campaigns with tidy endings. It has a cadence you either sustain or lose. Our process is designed for the second month, not the launch.

01

Immersion, not a discovery deck

Two weeks inside your business. We read the comments, the reviews and the customer service inbox, talk to whoever actually speaks to customers, and audit every channel you run. Most of what makes social work is already in your inbox — nobody has looked.

Weeks 1–2
02

Platform strategy with an opinion in it

A written strategy that says what we are doing, what we are deliberately not doing, and which number we expect to move. We will recommend leaving a platform if you should not be on it. That has happened four times this year.

Weeks 3–4
03

Build the engine, then start it

Design system, content pillars, production schedule, creator roster, ad account architecture and reporting all built in one go. First shoot day inside week five, first paid activity live in week six.

Weeks 5–6
04

Weekly cadence, monthly honesty

Production every week. Paid optimisation every week. A monthly review that opens with what did not work, because that is the useful part. Quarterly we rebuild the strategy from the data rather than defending last quarter's plan.

Ongoing
Work

Numbers, not screenshots.

Selected programmes. Client names withheld under commercial confidentiality; figures are twelve-month like-for-like comparisons taken from client platforms and order data.

DTC · Beauty
+218%
Revenue from social

Posting five times a day to almost no effect. We cut output by two thirds, rebuilt around three content pillars, and put the production budget into fewer, better executions.

Hospitality · Multi-site
1.4m
Organic views per month

Eleven sites all posting separately. We built one brand channel with a local content system, trained site managers to shoot to a template, and edited everything centrally.

Fashion · Wholesale to DTC
−52%
Cost per acquisition

A wholesale brand launching direct. Creator-led content out-performed studio work by a factor of three, so we rebuilt the whole production model around it inside a quarter.

Why Crestwick

Fast is a process, not a personality trait.

Every agency says they move quickly. Very few have the production capacity to prove it. We built the studio first and the client list second, which is why a brief on Monday is a first cut on Thursday.

  • One team, one roof. Strategists, editors, designers, buyers and community managers all in the Deansgate studio. No external production partners.
  • You own the footage. Every raw file, project file and usage right transfers to you. No archive held hostage, ever.
  • Flat monthly fee. Production and media buying included in scope. We never take a percentage of ad spend.
  • ASA compliance built in. Every creator brief covers disclosure, claims and prohibited categories. We have never had a ruling against a client.
  • Rolling 60-day terms. No annual lock-in. If the work stops being good, you should be able to leave.

FAQ

Things people ask us first

What does a retainer cost?
Retainers start at £6,500 per month for organic social and content production, and typically run £12,000–£30,000 per month for a full programme including paid social and creators. Advertising and creator fees are separate and paid at cost. We publish a rate card — ask and we will send it.
Do you work with brands outside Manchester?
Most of our clients are in London, Leeds and the Midlands, and two are in Dublin. Shoot days happen in our Deansgate studio, on location, or we send a two-person crew to you. Strategy and review sessions work perfectly well remotely.
Can you work with our existing in-house team?
Frequently. A common split is that we own production and paid social while your team keeps community and publishing, working from the content and calendar we supply. We can also train your team on our production templates so they can shoot day-to-day content themselves.
Who owns the content you make?
You do — final assets, raw footage and project files, transferred on payment. For creator content, usage rights are negotiated per collaboration and set out in writing before anything is shot, so there is never ambiguity about where an asset can run or for how long.
How do you measure organic social?
Reach and engagement as diagnostics; branded search volume, direct traffic, discount-code redemption and post-purchase survey attribution as the actual outcome measures. We will always tell you when we cannot isolate an effect rather than claim a number we cannot stand behind.
Do you do TikTok Shop and social commerce?
Yes — TikTok Shop, Instagram shopping and live selling, including creator affiliate programmes. We will be honest about whether it suits your margin structure before recommending it, because for plenty of brands it does not.
