Cookie Policy

Last updated 1 July 2026

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies Crestwick Digital Ltd uses on crestwickdigital.com. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy. We set non-essential cookies only after you consent, as required by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 and the UK GDPR.

1. What we mean by cookies

A cookie is a small text file your browser stores when a website asks it to. Similar technologies include tracking pixels, local storage entries and SDK identifiers, and this policy covers all of them. Cookies we set are first party; cookies set by another organisation whose service appears on our pages are third party. Session cookies expire when you close the browser; persistent cookies last a defined period.

6. Giving and changing your consent

On your first visit we ask you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. Rejecting them does not restrict anything on this site — every page works identically. To change your mind, clear this site's cookies in your browser and reload the page, and the banner will reappear.

You can also manage cookies in your browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. To opt out of Google Analytics on all sites, install the official opt-out add-on.

7. Global Privacy Control

Where our consent tool detects a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as a rejection of all non-essential cookies. We do not rely on browser "Do Not Track" headers, because no agreed standard exists for interpreting them.
